Today was so much fun. The kids ran in their first race. First, Kaden ran the toddler trot sprint. In his heat out of about 10 kids he took FIRST place. I couldn't believe it. I love his form in this picture too. Look, he left everyone else in the dust. LOL. Logan and Jordan ran the 1/2 mile race. In their heat out of about 25 kids (6,7,& 8 year olds). Logan got 5th place and Jordan got 8th place. They both finished just under 7 min. I think. I got to run with the girls. They had a blast. These kids are athletes!!! Oh, and of course, the Girls had to have doggie faces painted on their faces.

SOOO CUTE!! I would love to get my kids more active. Such a great family activity.
Good job Al on getting your kids active in this. Diana loves to do the kids races when Matt and I do 5ks. Awesome!
