Jordan's Love For Others

A couple days ago Logan and Kaden got into trouble. Their punishment was that they had to go to bed early. That is the worst punishment you can give to Logan. She hates going to bed early! So she cried and cried! Meanwhile, Jordan pulled me aside and said... "Mom, I don't like it when Logan gets in trouble. I feel like I am being punished too". I said, "why Jordan"? "Jordan said, because it hurts my feelings to hear how sad she is". I had a feeling that's where this conversation was going, but I wanted to hear it from Jordan. I had to explain to her that its not easy as parents to punish and hear how sad our kids are either. I said if we didn't punish, nobody would ever learn from their mistakes. She understood and hugged me. I just love how thoughtful and caring Jordan is for her brother and sister! Love you Jordan!
