Family and Sewing

Here are some pics we took last week of us and of my first sewing project. I actually sewed a blanket and a burp cloth to go with the floral patterned bib, but I gave it away as a gift and forgot to take a picture of them. My mother-n-law helped me perfect some basic sewing and some ribbing and borders. She wanted me to follow a clothing pattern, but I just don't feel that comfortable enough yet to do that. I did have fun making these things. I can't wait to make more things.
